Stellenprofil / Aufgaben / Anforderungen*

We are looking for the right person to take Doodle\\\'s user experience to the next level. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in both visual and interaction design. Her/his passion is to design usable online user interfaces that are visually appealing.

 

At Doodle, you would

* be responsible for all questions relating to interaction design, usability, and visual design

* create a consistent look for Doodle and present information such that it is easy to find and understand

* work closely with our product management, engineering, and marketing to define the user interface for new and existing Doodle products and features

* develop storyboards, mock-ups, and prototypes to effectively develop and communicate interaction and design ideas

* gauge the usability of new and existing products and features, and make constructive suggestions for change

 

We expect

* a solid academic background in a relevant field; a strong technical background would be a big plus

* demonstrated experience in designing usable web-based interfaces

* expert HTML and CSS skills

* knowledge of JavaScript for rapid prototyping purposes

* strong, clean visual design sense

* a self-motivated, critical thinker and effective problem solver

* fluency in English or German
